Description

The basic module cannot be called up directly.

Selection window

This window is used to select a partner.

Menu

Menu item	Description
Options	Call up the option window

Search fields

Field	Description
Search Keyword	Search for search terms of the partner
Country	Search by country
POSTCODE	Search by postcode
Place	Search by location
Customer	Search for customers
Supplier	Search for suppliers

Buttons

button	Description
OK	The selected partner is taken over.
Close	The selection is cancelled.

Option window

All settings for the search can be made here. The window can only be closed with the "OK" button.

: Search options	-
: : : Immediate take over in case of a hit	If only one partner is found during a search, this partner is immediately taken over.
: : : Clear list before new search	The list is cleared before each new search
: Validity	Validity
: Number of objects	Determines the maximum number of objects in the list that can be displayed during a search
Company
: Type of search	-
: : General	Use search terms from the partner himself
: : Advanced search	Search terms of the other roles of the partner are taken into account
: Subsidiaries	-
: : without branches	Do not include branches in the search
: : all companies	Include all companies and branches in the search
: Partner types	-
: : Only companies	Consider only companies in the search
: : Only persons	Consider only persons in the search
